First CALL FOR PAPERS

for the

21st Symposium on INFORMATION THEORY in the BENELUX

 

Thursday, May 25, and Friday, May 26, 2000

NIAS Conference and Study Facilities, Wassenaar, NL

 

The program will consist of two invited lectures and a number of both oral and poster presentations contributed by researchers in the Benelux.

The two invited lectures will address the following topics:

 

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers according to the timing schedule and deadlines listed below. Papers are solicited in the following (or related) areas:

 

 

Timing schedule and deadlines:

Feb. 4, 2000 Deadline for submission of 1 page summary

Feb. 25, 2000 Notification of acceptance

April 7, 2000 Deadline for submission of full paper

April 15, 2000 Deadline for registration

May 25-26, 2000 Symposium

To submit a paper and present your work at the symposium, please send a one-page summary to the symposium chair and specify topic area and preferred type of presentation (oral or poster). Electronic submission is also possible by email to J.Biemond@its.tudelft.nl specifying "Benelux IT-2000" on the subject line.
